The question here presented is whether a judgment, claimed to have not been properly indexed, is a lien against real property which has priority over a bona fide purchaser for value. Although not specifically raised as issues by appellant, Everette E. Woodral (Woodral), we conclude it is necessary to address such additional matters as whether the judgment which resulted in the lien was in a proper form...
