The defendant, Elton Simpson, appeals a Superior Court conviction where by he was found guilty of first-degree sexual assault, burglary, assault with a dangerous weapon, and breaking and entering into the dwelling of another without consent. The defendant avers that the trial justice erred in denying his motion for acquittal on a charge of burglary because of an absence of sufficient evidence to establish the necessary element...
