Action Distributing Company, Inc., a Michigan alcohol distributor, brought suit to vacate an arbitration award in favor of the defendant, International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 1038. The award, rendered under the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, interpreted the parties' rights under a collective bargaining agreement.
