MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for attorney's fees. Defendant filed a memorandum in opposition to plaintiffs' motion to which plaintiffs replied.

Plaintiff Darlene Bagsby and her daughter, Jacqueline Pruitt, filed this action against two St. Louis police officers and the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners for excessive use of force during the arrest of Ms. Pruitt.
