Pursuant to a plea agreement, Guadalupe Linares Ruiz pled guilty to one count of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and another count was dismissed. Ruiz received a twenty-year sentence requiring a minimum of ten years' incarceration. He was also ordered to pay $10,026.50 in fines and costs.
