Gordon Investments, Inc., d/b/a Orr's Jewelers (hereinafter "plaintiff"), seeks an award of monetary damages in the amount of $106,000.00 in Adversary No. 90-029-BM. Plaintiff alleges that Thomas Gillingham and JoAnn Willcox Gillingham (hereinafter "debtors") purchased several articles of jewelry and reneged on their promise to pay for them at a specified time.
