The plaintiff, David R. Bradford, was injured on the parking lot at Louisiana Downs when he was bitten by a copperhead snake. The plaintiff sued Louisiana Downs, Inc. for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering, asserting theories of negligence and strict liability.
