Plaintiff-appellant, Douglas Dwight Bennett, appeals the magistrate judge's entry of what purports to be an order awarding sanctions under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure following the district court's dismissal of his complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction and this court's affirmance of that dismissal on appeal.
