Central Insurance Underwriters, Inc. (Central) appeals from an adverse final judgment after a nonjury trial. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

National Insurance Finance Company (National) financed premiums for insureds who could not afford to pay an annual insurance premium in one lump sum.
