These appeals come to this Court from a declaratory judgment in favor of the plaintiff, First Alabama Bank ("First Alabama"), as trustee of four certain trusts, and against Ian Cowan MacKenzie, the settlor and creditor of the trusts ("Mr. MacKenzie").
