Jefferson Parish School Board and other defendants have filed a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, and in the alternative, have filed a motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff Geraldine Moody ("plaintiff") filed an opposition to both motions. In a subsequent motion, plaintiff notified the Court that she wishes to dismiss with prejudice all claims against defendants...
