The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation [FDIC], as liquidator of The Trust Bank [Bank], appeals a final judgment awarding FDIC the principal and interest on a note executed by attorney Sidney Z. Brodie, awarding Brodie recovery on an account stated, awarding Brodie fees for services rendered under an oral employment contract, and ordering that the award against Brodie under the note be set off against Brodie's recovery from FDIC.
