PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court finding him in contempt of court and committing him to the Oakland County Jail for thirty days, unless he purged himself of the contempt. We reverse.

This dispute arises from the enforcement of a previously entered judgment of divorce. The property settlement provisions of the judgment provided, inter alia, for a cash payment from plaintiff to defendant of $80,000. Plaintiff was to pay in monthly...
