The appellant, Marie-Anne Nicole Grivet Johnson, challenges the final judgment entered in a dissolution of marriage action. We affirm the portion of the final judgment which dissolved the parties' marriage. We find, however, that the trial court improperly dealt with the husband's military retirement plan in the final judgment.
