Sho-Pro of Indiana, Inc. (Sho-Pro) appeals a negative judgment entered in favor of Roger J. Brown, raising two issues for our review, which we restate as follows:

I. Whether the trial court erred in finding that there was no binding contract between the parties. II. Whether the trial court erred in finding that, even if there was a binding contract between the parties, such contract was unconscionable and therefore unenforceable....
