MILLER, Judge.

Corbin Bardonner (age 20) was charged with burglary and theft of property from the home of Theresa Zimmerman of Hamilton County. A jury acquitted Bardonner of burglary, but found him guilty of theft,1 a Class D felony. The judge sentenced Bardonner to three years imprisonment.
