Plaintiff, Cherry Hills Country Club (taxpayer), appeals from a district court judgment which upheld the valuation of taxpayer's land for purposes of 1989 and 1990 property taxes ordered by defendant, the Arapahoe County Board of Equalization (BOE). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
