Watson (Debtor) appeals the district court's decision affirming the bankruptcy court's determination that Debtor's loan obligation owed to Leadership Bank (Bank) was a nondischargeable debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B).1 Section 523 provides that a debt is nondischargeable if the debt is
