This is an age discrimination case arising under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Plaintiff, William R. Just ("Just"), contends defendant, James River, II, Inc. ("James"), discriminated against him when it eliminated his position following a reorganization at the plant.
