On January 15, 1991, Bonita Tahija petitioned the Second Judicial District Court in Silver Bow County to dissolve her marriage to respondent Daniel Tahija. On August 15, 1991, the District Court dissolved her marriage, distributed the marital estate, and assigned all marital debts to Daniel, including all attorney fees.
