MINZNER, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction by a jury for trafficking cocaine, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-31-20 (Repl.Pamp. 1989). He raises four issues on appeal. We conditionally affirm. See State v. Debarry, 86 N.M. 742, 527 P.2d 505 (Ct.App. 1974). We remand to permit the trial court to reconsider whether Defendant was entitled to dismissal under Baca v. State...
