The plaintiff, Carol Palesky, appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, McKinley, A.R.J.) affirming the decision of the Town of Topsham Personnel Board upholding the termination of her temporary part-time position in the Town assessor's office.
