The defendant, Jason Haislip, and Johnny Beatty were charged with armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64. Haislip entered a plea of not guilty on May 4, 1990. He filed a Motion to Enforce Plea Agreement on January 24, 1991, which motion was denied for prematurity. On July 17, 1991, Haislip withdrew his not guilty plea and entered a plea of guilty to armed robbery. At this time, he reurged his Motion to Enforce Plea Agreement. A presentence...
