This matter arises from a narcotics prosecution, based on 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), against Defendant Davis. Presently before the court is the defendant's objection to the admission of information relating to his income, including tax returns, for the period of 1984 through 1989. The government seeks to show that the defendant failed to file tax returns for the tax years of 1984, 1985, 1986 and 1987...
