Defendant Daniel Miszkiewicz was charged in three indictments with delivery of less than 15 grams of cocaine on three separate occasions. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 56½, par. 1401(a)(2).) The three indictments were consolidated for trial, although the record is silent upon whose motion they were consolidated.
