The Florida Probate Rules Committee petitions this Court to approve its quadrennial report of proposed changes to the Florida Probate Rules. We have jurisdiction under article V, section 2(a) of the Florida Constitution.

In its report, the rules committee proposes changes to each of the existing rules, with the exception of rules 5.610 and 5.705. The great majority of changes in the rules are stylistic. Pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration...
