COX, Circuit Judge:

Bobby Earl Lusk was convicted in Florida of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. He filed a 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for habeas corpus relief in the Middle District of Florida. The district court granted relief as to the sentence. On appeal, this court reversed and remanded the case to the district court for consideration of the claims which it had not yet addressed.
