In this survival and wrongful death action brought on behalf of the estate of Maria Baylaender and for the benefit of her husband Frederico Baylaender and children Carla, Richard and Chiara, it is alleged that Maria died as a result of Dr. Harold Method's failure to diagnose her breast cancer in December 1977 or May 1978.
