The only substantive issue presented in this case is the interpretation of a provision relating to the presentation of a bill by the seller, which controls the obligation of the buyer to pay interest, in a contract for the sale of natural gas. The procedural question, since a summary judgment was granted in favor of the buyer, is whether the situation is one in which there are no genuine issues of material fact, and the buyer is entitled to judgment...
