The subject of this appeal is a cause of action filed under the Illinois Structural Work Act (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1983, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) by the plaintiff, Stephan Pozzi, against the defendants, McDonald's Corporation, McDonald's Restaurants of Illinois (McDonald's) and Peter Schwabe, Inc. (Schwabe) after plaintiff was injured falling from a roof. Defendants filed a third-party action against the plaintiff...
