This appeal concerns an employee's ability to release his or her employer from liability for claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).1 Plaintiff, James Druffner (Druffner), appeals an entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Mrs. Fields, Inc.
