This matter came on for hearing on May 1st, 1992, on defendant's, Theodore Hatheway's ("Hatheway") Motions to Dismiss the Government's Superseding Indictment and to Suppress Evidence, and the Government's Motion to Amend Count Five of the Superseding Indictment to Correct Typographical Error.
