The government and Larry Carnine, Sr. entered into a guilty plea agreement that appears to be missing a part: the start date of his sentence. Contending that his plea is constitutionally defective, Carnine brought an action to vacate, set aside, or correct the sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
