Appellant-petitioner Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Inc. appeals the trial court's order denying it compensation for the hospitalization of three of its patients.

The facts relevant to this appeal disclose that on June 13, 1987, Tim Perrine was voluntarily admitted to the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Inc. (Lutheran) for alcohol withdrawal. At admission, his blood alcohol level was .25 and he was exhibiting delirium tremens. He complained he...
