Plaintiff, Joseph Koniarski, brought a four-count complaint against defendants, Edward Kvetko and Countryside Rebuilders, Inc., alleging violations of the Structural Work Act and negligence. Plaintiff's first amended complaint alleged that he sustained injuries when he slipped and fell from a roof on the construction site. The court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment on all counts, and plaintiff appeals...
