We have for review three issues raised by the parties to this appeal in which Laurence N. Belair and Provident Management Corporation (Provident) seek review of the trial court's entry of a permanent injunction enjoining Mr. Belair from renting his condominium unit more than six times per year, and enjoining Provident from acting as a rental agent on condominium property.
