PER CURIAM.

The State of Florida challenges the trial court's final order granting the appellees', Ronnie Russell, motion to dismiss a RICO charge and a conspiracy charge. We affirm the dismissal of the RICO charge but reverse the dismissal of the conspiracy charge.
