Claimant seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board attorney fees award. We affirm.

Claimant filed a claim for work-related chronic toxic encephalopathy. Employer denied the claim, and claimant requested a hearing. Claimant prevailed before the referee on the issue of compensability, and the referee awarded her $14,450 in attorney fees. Employer requested Board review of the referee's order.
