Plaintiff-appellant Shirley L. Aronson appeals the district court's order granting defendants' motion for summary judgment as to Aronson's three federal law claims. The parties proceeded to a jury trial on two state law breach of contract claims, and Aronson was denied relief. On appeal, Aronson appeals only the district court's grant of summary judgment and argues that the district court erred in holding that she was not deprived of due process...
