This case concerns the dissolution of the Frank J. Trunk & Son Partnership. Plaintiff, Marie Doting (Ms. Doting), initiated the underlying action by filing her complaint and petition to dissolve the partnership. Defendants (Trunks) moved to dismiss the complaint on the grounds that Ms. Doting's request for judicial dissolution of the partnership agreement violated the parties' partnership agreement.
