Defendant was arrested after undercover police were involved in one drug purchase May 18, 1988, and an attempt at another drug purchase May 25, 1988. Defendant was alleged to have provided the drugs for sale in both instances. Although not consolidated the two drug cases were tried together in a bench trial. Defendant was found guilty...
