RIGGS, Judge.

The state appeals from a pretrial order suppressing evidence found in a warrantless search. ORS 138.060(3). We affirm.

A woman found defendant's wallet at a shopping mall in The Dalles. Inside the wallet she found identification, a razor blade and a small plastic bag of what she thought was cocaine.
