We review Brasseria La Capannina, Inc. v. Goodman, 579 So.2d 193 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991), in which the district court held section 83.12, Florida Statutes (1989), unconstitutional on its face because it violates due process of law as guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
