PER CURIAM.

Ricky Steve Corbett appeals his convictions for first-degree murder, kidnapping, armed robbery, and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and his resulting sentences, including the death sentence. We have jurisdiction.1 For the reasons expressed, we affirm Corbett's convictions but find that we must vacate the death sentence and remand for a new penalty phase proceeding...
