Pursuant to a partially negotiated plea of guilty to two counts of theft of properly not exceeding $300 in value (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1991, ch. 38, par. 16-1), the defendant, Tammy Hernandez, was sentenced to six months of incarceration in the county jail, one year of probation, and payment of $4,500 in restitution.
