JOHNSON, Judge:

John Honeycutt, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Second Degree Arson in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 1402, in Case No. CRF-87-18 in the District Court of Craig County. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at twenty (20) years imprisonment.
