On June 3, 1988, defendant, Paul D. D'Angelo, was charged in a three-count information with the offenses of unlawful possession with intent to deliver controlled substances (more than 15 grams of cocaine), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (more than 15 grams of cocaine) and solicitation to commit burglary. Defendant raised the defense of entrapment. He was tried before the court sitting without a jury...
