MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

MANOS, District Judge.

On August 15, 1983, plaintiffs, Albert Reiter, Otis Whitman, Tim Cole, and Donald S. Ford, filed the above-captioned case against their former employer, Midland Ross Corporation, their union, the United Steelworkers of America, and its Local 1477. On September 24, 1984, plaintiffs, Reiter, Whitman, and Louis Clyburn filed an amended complaint.
