Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment on a directed verdict on their claim for breach of a contract to purchase an apartment building. This case is before us for the second time. The first time, we dismissed the appeal as to defendant Javoric, affirmed the trial court's dismissal of plaintiffs' claims for fraudulent and reckless misrepresentations, reversed the summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs' contract claim and remanded for further proceedings...
