Plaintiff was hired as Director of Marketing for defendant effective July 28, 1989 and terminated on October 31, 1989. He files this action against defendant, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), alleging that he was discriminated against on the basis of his sex. Plaintiff also sues defendant for breach of contract alleging that he detrimentally relied upon defendant's promise of employment...
